ReadyConnect ConferenceControl is a web-based management tool that enables you to conveniently monitor and control your conference call. This proprietary web interface provides you with easy-to-use controls for ReadyConnect using the Internet and a web browser.

ReadyConnect ConferenceControl provides easy-to-use features designed to let you execute each of the standard commands available via touch-tone commands as well as the following:

  • Play the roll call into the conference or to any individual participant's line
  • Request Operator Assistance for the conference as a whole or for an individual line

  • Activate Automatic Gain (control volume) for any individual line
  • Disconnect any individual line
  • Elevate participants to host status and vice versa
