ACT's Video Conferencing services are divided into three tiers:
Basic
ACT's Basic Video Conference provides you with ACT's standard conference features at no extra charge. ACT will provide multiple continuous presence options, transcoding and speed matching, both IP- and ISDN-based connections and exemplary helpdesk support from one of our global service delivery centers.
Executive
For those video conferences that require additional pre-conference attention, ACT's Executive Video Conference provides our Meet and Greet support plus all our standard Basic Conference features. Upon connecting the sites, the ACT engineer will greet the conference participants, confirm the quality of their connection and provide any last-minute assistance prior to turning the conference over to the meeting moderator.
Elite
For high-profile meetings, ACT's Elite Video Conference provides the customer with a Meeting Director dedicated to you for the duration of your conference. This dedicated engineer will be dialed into the conference to provide immediate support and undivided attention, ensuring the highest quality conference. All of our Basic & Executive service features are included in your Elite Conference.
